Are all your treats handmade?
➔ Yes, all our treats are lovingly handmade.
Are the ingredients you use certified as human-grade?

Do your treats contain any artificial preservatives, flavors, or coloring?
➔ Our treats contain no artificial preservatives or flavors. All colorings are naturally derived from plants.
Are your treats grain-free or gluten-free?
➔ All our treats are gluten-free. Grain-free options are available upon request.

我們的食品以寵物身體情況為健康之基礎下安全進食，而每隻寵物身體狀況均不同，如有疑問請於食用前先諮詢獸醫。
建議六個月以上寵物才適量進食，所有食材均為人類食用級別，因此貓狗可安全享用。
這些小食對狗狗和貓咪都安全嗎？

Our food is designed to be safe for pets based on their health, but as each pet’s condition varies, please consult a veterinarian before use if you have any concerns.
We recommend that pets over six months old consume it in moderation. All ingredients are human-grade, making them safe for cats and dogs to enjoy.
Are your treats safe for both dogs and cats?

Do you offer products for pets with common allergies (e.g., chicken allergy, dairy intolerance)?
➔ Yes. We can swap out ingredients for pets with allergies. Please contact us before ordering to let us know about any food sensitivities.
What is the recommended serving size per day?
➔ This depends on your pet’s size and daily food intake. We recommend offering treats in moderation.
Can owners feed these treats to pets with special dietary needs?
➔ Yes, but please contact us before ordering to discuss your pet's specific dietary requirements.
4. Storage & Freshness 儲存與保鮮
開封後應如何保存小食？
➔ 請使用密封容器或密封袋並加入防潮劑，存放於陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射。
冷凍後取出時，請於室溫解凍後再餵食寵物。
小食的保鮮期是多久？
➔ 室溫（約24-27°C）可保存 1–2 週；冷凍保存可延長至 1–2 個月。
建議冷凍保存嗎？
➔ 對！冷凍能有效延長小食的新鮮度。
How should customers store Furbella treats after opening?
➔ Store treats in an airtight container or ziplock bag with a desiccant in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
If frozen, allow treats to defrost at room temperature before feeding.
What is the expected shelf life of the treats?
➔ Treats can be stored for 1–2 weeks at room temperature (around 24–27°C) or 1–2 months in the freezer.
Is freezing the treats recommended?
➔ Yes, freezing is recommended to extend freshness.
